Post by Feaver2005 » Sun Jun 28, 2020 8:42 pm

Had my FL a45 remapped at dms as iv now got a decat showing 465bhp but the lines are so jumpy not smooth was told this is due to the way the 4matic works has anyone else had this problem

Here’s my DMS one. I believe you’re right about the 4matic system causing it. The only graphs I’ve seen that are smooth are from MSL as theirs auto corrects the graph so it looks pretty Image

Hey mate, I'd love some more info on this if you wouldn't mind, I have the exact same mods(Full Armytrix Decat & Upgraded Forge intake ect) as you on FL and oy making 430 OR just over. That's with DMS.

I can appreciate our intakes are different but theres no way it can be 35BHP more with moshimoto. Image Anything else changed ? Thanks mate.

Mine is 430bhp with no other mods. With a decat & intake yours should be mid 440’s but should be around 50nm torque more than mine

Yeah agreed, I wasnt happy with the outcome at all to be honest. Drove hours and did multiple runs on the dyno and as you know the more runs you do on the dyno the worse the results get lol, maybe something has exceeded its usage and needs replacing internally? I've checked the turbo housing interior and it looks fine, so left with more questions now.

Point to mention as well is I went on their dyno in the midlands, purely because of the distance I am from Southampton.

But still I feel with said modifications those numbers are too low and suggest I might be missing something, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have I missed something haha? 465bhp is very high for stage 2. Stage 2 cars are normally around 430 - 445bhp. A hybrid turbo A45 mapped by MSL was only pushing 480bhp, I can not understand how DMS are pulling 465bhp
