I went to DMS & they ran the car on the RR beforehand to get the readings before applying the map by opening the ECU & running it on the RR after. No additional mods & it’s quick enough as my major modded car is the Mini

Can I ask if they tweaked it at all after rolling your car? Or just kept the generic map?

Sorry for all the questions, hopefully others find this as useful as I do.

Thanks!
No they checked afr’s etc... on the rollers to ensure everything was in check but that’s all. If they found anything odd I’m sure they’d have tinkered again
How do you find it to stock mate?

Absolutely night & day. Not massive gains in 1st & 2nd but 3rd onwards it really picks up. It’s also very progressive like stock. Some tuning boxes can be a bit more aggressive

So lads, i went for stage 1 and an induction. Makes a huge difference, plenty of low down torque, night and day over stock.
Would like some input on this thou. If im accelerating and then let off, you get like a jerk forward. Pretty hard to explain. Before if if let off in any gear, it would be smooth and no jolt. 🤷🏽‍♂️
Anyone else have this? I was told after the map, that gear changes would be more agressive. Cant say ive noticed that. Just these jolts when i less off the gas.....

Could be due to the increased boost & the turbo stalling. You could try a VTA DV to eliminate that?

Thanks for the reply.
This even happen at low revs poodling along, let off and it pulls back. Like in a manual when you drop the clutch, let car roll, then lift off quick, you get pull back when engages.
I cant be doing with the sound the’ blow offs make lol. Each to there own thou 🤷🏽‍♂️
