If you don't go on track days then there is no point spending money on expensive pads in my opinion, just stick to the standard ones which are more than good enough for fast and hard driving and don't wear out very quickly either.

Never used them but heard good things for track work. I use Carbotech XP8’s on track myself but their cold bite isn’t great. DS2500’s have a better cold bite if you want something for both road & track but they are very dusty.

Like already mentioned though, unless you’re doing track work then a set of OEM ones will be more than adequate.

Not in the A45 as yet as i'm still wearing through the ones fitted from the factory but I have used them in other cars and they are unbelievably good.
They will be going on the A45 if I have to do a pad change before the end of my ownership.

I had them in my track mini before the Carbotech XP8’s. They’re a great all rounder for road & track so with added power etc...they’ll be a good choice. I only changed as the Mini became much more track focussed so that cold bit didn’t become so important & I wouldn’t have to put up with the squealing as much Image
