Could you please post a link where you bought it from?

But I understand that Thomas Watson in the A45 AMG Owners Group also sells it. Just contact him on Facebook or here (if he is a member).

Would be interesting to see how it looks on a pre fl & also different colour cars...such as red Image. Certainly looks spot on on yours though
Thanks. I must admit I was not sure if I was going to like it either but glad I did it and now love it! It looks really mean now.

I am sure others will buy it too. Tbh however I dont think it will look extremely good on a Pre-Fl car as the front is quite a bit differentImage

This seems to be the latest mod to really take off & that can really be seen on Instagram.

I believe you might be right. I think with the more aggressive fl bumper it works. On a pre fl I’m not 100% it will

How long did it take to fit?

Also, did you have to damage any of the original parts to remove the old grille.

I remember the Grille removal is quite tricky.

It took me and a friend about 1.5 hours incl removal of the front bumper, changing the grille and fitting everything back on the car.

Very easy once you know how to do it.

No, nothing had to be damaged, it is a straight swap.

Good job mate, it looks great.

When I changed my grille previously, it seemed the clips where the Grille is connected to the upper bumper skin were glued, so was difficult to pry them open.

Glad yours was easier.

Have you looked at getting an AMG badge for the Grille?

Our GLA45 is Feb 2016 so I've no idea which version it is however when I showed the two grill photograph to SWMBO her reaction was more or less the same as mine in that having the original which is only fitted to AMG models reflects the car better in our opinion and as result won't be changing to the new version. In saying that I'm also of the opinion it has to be ideally Black but definitely not chrome as that would be pretty naff - or maybe "bling" :D  8-)
